out the race registration form and mail it in if you prefer. These forms are available on the registration page.
If you choose to pre-register online please call the office so that we can assign you a racing number. The office number is 602-971-3730
If you pre register through the mail you do not have to pay in full, you only need to pay $10 for ATV, motorcycles, and youths and $20 for trucks and buggies.
If you pre register through the online registration system you MUST PAY IN FULL.
Transponders:
Transponders are required to race with us. Transponders
are used to electronically track your lap times and race
position. Transponders may be rented for $30 rental with a $50 deposit. The $50 deposit is refunded upon the return of the transponder after your race(that weekend event only). If you fail to return the transponder by the close of registration for that weekend's event you will have just purchased the transponder. Checks are accepted for the deposit portion only.
If you plan to race with us all season you may wish to purchase your transponder for a one time $80 fee.
If you happen to be using a transponder that you have from another racing organization you will need to bring that with you to the registration traile so that we can check to see if it is compatialbe with our scoring system.
